The first thing she said was my tooth can be saved and it was such a relief to me. the way she explained about the cause of pain and the entire procedure was painless and soothing.

Starting from diagnosis, treatment plan, treatment cost, treatment to closure, every-phase is clearly laid out by Doctor ( Dr. Ambika ) explaining the pros & cons of each available option and leaving the final decision to me. Doctor has provided an open platform for me to freely express my doubts, concerns or hesitations and helped me in taking the right decisions throughout the treatment after thorough evaluations of the treatment options. Never the doctor lost her calm in trying to explain the very obvious doubts related to dental hygiene / case posed by me. She also encouraged me to express my doubts related to dental hygiene which were outside my case's scope. Doctor was in constant touch with me throughout my treatment even outside hospital there were constant follow-ups regarding how I was doing. The appointments are all well planned and intimated well ahead in time. The doctor was very punctual and always on time, however on the other hand, I used to show up 15-25 mins late on most occasions. Inspite of being late, neither was there any waiting time for me nor did the Doctor discipline me. My treatment would start immediately on my arrival with negligible waiting time.

I have been visiting the clinic for over a year now.
I have had root canal treatment here and had DLMS caps. Also, recently I had a few fillings too.
Before coming here i have had rc on the same tooth twice.First time the dentist didn’t fill the rc with medication, so i had to get the tooth retreated due to unbearable pain and even after retreatment the tooth didn’t heal as the second dentist made a perforation in one of my canal making it very complex. He didn’t even mention any of this with me. With in a few days of treatment my tooth began to hurt on slight touch and my cheek got swollen
